Info about Venue of Product Camp Amsterdam

We are looking for a venue that is in line with the vibe of an unconference, a collaborative get together of experts and professional to share knowledge, exchange ideas and meet like-minded people.

Requirements

The venue we are looking for meets the following requirements:

• Is available Sunday 18 October from 10 to 17
• Fits 50 - 100 people
• Has one large central area for general announcements, coffee / lunch break and final drinks
• Has three to four smaller rooms for interactive sessions of 10 - 15 people
• Has all basic facilities including bathrooms, Internet, security, cleaners and preferably a kitchen
• Is located centrally in Amsterdam and preferably has a cool vibe that fits the ProductCamp spirit
• Can be booked for free or at most a nominal charge covering costs such as cleaning and security

Miscellaneous

• Catering - could either be provided by venue or organized otherwise; if the venue can provide, we would pay for food and drinks, which would make things easier to organize and could be an opportunity to negoatiate prices; if the venue does not have catering, we can contract this elsewhere and have the caterer bring everything including glasses, plates, etc.
