Jason Roberts is a songwriter, activist, and IT consultant hailing from the Oak Cliff neighborhood. In 2005, he co-founded Art Conspiracy with Sarah Jane Semrad and currently serves on the board. He founded the Happy Bullets, a nationally touring band who's showcased at SXSW, and that D Magazine featured as "Best Live Act in Dallas."

Jason passionately leads grassroots efforts to support arts and urban renewal community programs. He spearheaded creation of the Oak Cliff Transit Authority, a nonprofit that seeks to restore urban streetcar lines in South Dallas, and is President of the Oak Cliff Foundation. The latter is charged with restoring the historic Texas Theatre, site of Lee Harvey Oswald's capture. Most recently, Jason has lead the Oak Cliff Chamber of Commerce's Alternate Transportation Committee, who's mission is to work with the city of Dallas to implement Bike/Ped Friendly infrastructure throughout Oak Cliff. He attended University of North Texas and is currently an IT consultant for Tecmetrics, a computer consulting firm.
