Proposal: All-Island Barcamp

It would be good if BarCampIreland2 could attract participation from both sides of the border. Locating the event in the Newry/Dundalk area it would mean easy access from Belfast and Dublin. There are a number of organisations who would support such an event, so finding a venue wouldn't be a problem.
