* For happy hours section, participants can conduct and play the game they want. Participants are free to go everywhere.
4.2 Topic Selection
- Technical Team will set a wiki at www.barcamp.org/BarCampMelaka .Those who wish to join the event can register and post their wish topic there.
-Participants register online before event day can fill in their desire topic during registration.
- The topic for the BarCamp Melaka will be selected from the polls with the votes count.
- Publicity and web management division will updates from time to time at MITOSC website - and BarCamp wiki.
-Besides, there will be insert session for topics during BarCamp as well.
4.3 Help Desk
Provide medium for the participant to sharing, learning and interact with each others.
There will be partition boards that open for all the participants to request for help, to question anything that they would like to know.

a) Participant who want to request:
Step 1: Write the question in a paper
Step 2: State in the paper with name, contact and email address.
Step 3: Hand in to the Help Desk table.
Step 4: Waiting for the reply from others participant.
b) Participant who want to reply on request/ give help:
Step 1: View the question by the participant on the Help Desk’ partition board.
Step 2: If able or willing to help, get the request form from Help Desk.
Step 3: Reply through contact or email address.
*For the questions that get no reply to participants, organizer will try to get professional to solve or give answer/opinion during the end of the day during the conclusion session.
4.5 Speaker
In wiki, there will be open registration for volunteer speaker.
